Is Unipile application really free with the Personal offer?

The Personal version of Unipile is totally free. This version does not require the registration of any payment method. You can stop using it at any time.

Do I need to create an account on Unipile to use the applications?

Our users are not required to create an account to run Unipile in the Personal version. Creating an account on Unipile for the Personal version allows our users to synchronize all their devices with the app. This synchronization is impossible without an account. To use the paid versions of Unipile (Boost, Team, and Enterprise), users must create an account.

How many devices can the Unipile app be used on?

Users, whatever their offer, can use Unipile on as many devices as necessary. Please note that in order to have synchronized data between the devices, it is necessary to create an account and log in on each device.

When I switch from a free (Personal) to a paid subscription, when does my billing start?

When switching from a Personal (Free) subscription to a Paid offer (Boost, Team, Enterprise), billing starts when the user activates the Paid offer from his user account.

When I switch from a BOOST to a TEAM subscription, how does the migration and billing work?

When a user migrates from a Boost offer to a Team offer, the user will receive a credit note to cover the double billing period, calculated as follows: (Boost subscription end date -(Team subscription date +1)) x (30-day subscription amount).
