Job Description
Unipile provides solutions for synchronizing multichannel messaging platforms for SaaS, CRM, and ATS software vendors. Our goal is to offer them easy-to-integrate APIs, enabling them to focus on their core business.
Founded in 2020, we develop APIs that integrate services like Gmail, Microsoft, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and more directly into our clients’ platforms. Our mission is to transform communication management to boost productivity and improve efficiency for their users.
We are a team of 8 passionate individuals, and we are looking for a Backend Developer (M/F).
Mission
You will work on integrating new features as well as maintaining our messaging, email, and calendar APIs, while ensuring the performance and security of our systems, collaborating directly with the founders to implement key solutions and drive technical decisions.
Responsibilities
– Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable APIs for our multichannel messaging solutions.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of service integration, including platforms like WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Gmail, into our SDKs.
– Collaborate with the founders and the technical team to implement solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
– Ensure the security and quality of the delivered solutions by applying best development practices.
Requirements
– Significant experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
– Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party application integrations.
– Good understanding of relational databases and high availability systems.
– Interest in reverse engineering.
– French Speaker
– (Bonus) Experience with front-end development using a JS framework like React.

Mission
As the first DevOps at Unipile, you will play a key role in structuring and automating our deployment processes and managing our infrastructure. You will be responsible for setting up stable, high-performing, and secure environments, working closely with our development team and directly with the founders. You will have a strategic role in ensuring our APIs and services continue to meet the growing needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
– Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate and ensure reliable deployment of our APIs and services.
– Manage and optimize our current infrastructure to ensure scalability and high availability.
– Reflect on and implement new architectural solutions.
– Oversee system performance, ensure monitoring, backup, and real-time production issue resolution.
– Collaborate with development teams to improve the efficiency of deployment operations and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
– Strengthen the security of our environments and systems.
– (Bonus) Experience with TypeScript and Node.js
Profile Requirements
– Significant experience in DevOps engineering.
– Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and containerization technologies.
– Experience in Linux system administration and managing security in cloud environments.
