Unipile uses a tiered pricing model: the more accounts you link, the lower the cost per account.

For example, if you link 1 LinkedIn profile, 1 WhatsApp number and 1 Gmail address for each of your 20 users, that counts as 60 linked accounts, billed at 4.50€ each, so 270€ /month.
We operate on a post-paid model: invoices are generated at the end of each 30-day period. Billing is based on the peak number of linked accounts active simultaneously during that period‚ all accounts appear on your dashboard home regardless of their current status. You can also start with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
Yes. Unipile costs from 49.00€ per month for up to 10 linked accounts, then 5.00€ per linked account per month, going down to 3.00€ per account at the highest tier. Every tier includes unlimited API calls and unlimited requests. Here is the full price list.

Unipile supports integration with various platforms for messaging: WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram (X and Messenger coming soon). For email: Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP. Calendar sync is also available for Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar.
Yes, you can integrate accounts with various instant messaging providers. However, pricing is based on the number of accounts linked, so each additional account contributes to your monthly total.
Unipile does not enforce any limits on your usage - you can send and receive as many messages or events as you need.
However, each provider (like LinkedIn, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.) may apply its own restrictions (rate limits, quotas, usage policies). We fully respect these limits and recommend reviewing them here: Provider Limits and Restrictions.

It depends on the channel. For Email and Calendar (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP protocol), Unipile uses official APIs. For Telegram, we also rely on its official API.
For LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram, Unipile operates through reverse engineering. Unipile acts as an independent technical intermediary that helps software publishers connect authenticated accounts to their applications. Supported actions are performed on behalf of the user, within workflows initiated and controlled by that user.
Unipile's infrastructure and internal processes are aligned with SOC 2 requirements, ensuring enterprise-grade data protection and operational reliability.
